Отличная экскурсия и прекрасный гид! Открыли для себя совершенно неизвестную до этого Марию Фёдоровну, супругу Павла 1. Множество историй о царском быту, взаимоотношениях, чему подражали, чем вдохновлялись, что привозили из путешествий. Дворец богат на экспонаты, сродни Эрмитажу, только без такого огромного количества посетителей. Можно рассмотреть и впечатлиться более-менее спокойно. Парк необъятен, очень красивый, в него хочется возвращаться и возвращаться.

Большое спасибо Валерии за проведенную экскурсию! Валерия эрудированный гид с отличной дикцией, обаятельный человек. Три часа пролетели как один миг. Мы успели полюбить деятельную Марию Федоровну. В Павловске прекрасный музей и великолепный парк. Не пожалеете если проведете там несколько часов с Валерией.

Мы были 3 декабря 2025 года, Это была экскурсия для дочери, которой в этот день исполнялось 18 лет и она очень хотела посетить именно её!! Просто шикарно!!! Это было волшебно! Экскурсия с Ольгой по парадным и жилым покоям Зимнего дворца превзошла все ожидания. 4 января посетили Петропавловскую крепость Взяли индивидуальную экскурсию с Мариной. Хотим сказать ей огромное спасибо. Думали, что многое знаем об этом месте, а открыли столько нового. Информация не сухая, а с историями из жизни, анекдотами. Видно, что человек живет историей. Марина очень приятная, красивая, эрудированная девушка. Рекомендуем всем эту экскурсию с Мариной!

Нашим гидом была Надежда, доброжелательная и очень пунктуальная. Встретили нас на Московском вокзале и сразу повезли по Невскому… Надежда знает все о каждом доме в исторической части Петербурга 😻 Мы не спеша, и очень обстоятельно побывали в самых знаковых местах города и конечно, в Эрмитаже! Слышали полуденный выстрел 🤩 Узнали о кошках 🐈Эрмитажа и меню императорской семьи. Экскурсия была очень интересная и не шаблонная!!! Заказали экскурсию на мини-группу из 4х человек. За нами приехал чистый и комфортный микроавтобус с экскурсоводом Виктория. Маршрут построен чудесно: благодаря раннему выезду, мы добрались без пробок в Царское Село. Нагулялись там и во дворце и прошлись по парке. Перекусили в местной кулинарии и отправились в Петергоф. Восторг и удовольствие от всей экскурсии. Виктория отвечала на все вопросы, рассказала огромное количество интересных деталей. при этом вела экскурсию на 2х языках. Благодарность организаторам и экскурсоводу.

Елизавета провела нас даже в закрытые для массового посещения места невероятной красоты, фотографировала нас в самых выгодных точках, наши прогулки проходили размеренно, без суеты и спешки, отдельно выделили время на обед. Как музейный работник в прошлом, она показала нам очень интересные детали, которые обычно остаются незамеченными. Очень рада, что выбрала именно эту экскурсию из всего многообразия.

Посетили в один день Царское село и Петергоф с прекрасной Валерией. Первое - это комфортная поездка на микроавтобусе в 4 человека, второе - очень логичный маршрут экскурсии, без очередей, все продумано, увидели самые интересующие и знаковые места. Если вы не любите большие автобусные туры, то эта экскурсия для вас. Была на майские праздники с гидом Елизаветой. Как мне все понравилось: начиная от комфортабельного авто и заканчивая интересными фактами про Петергоф и Царское село. Краем уха в Царском селе слышала экскурсию от местного гида, ну не то. Совсем не интересно и уныло, а нам Елизавета показывала интересные места, про которые многим не говорят. Плюсом ко всему была отличная безоблачная погода. Если у вас возникают по ходу какие-то вопросы, то на них точно найдутся ответы. В целом, остались только положительные эмоции. Есть время и передохнуть и пообедать, не торопясь все посмотреть и остаться довольным. Это очень красиво.

Очень хорошая экскурсия. Прекрасно организовано Трансфер на мерседесовском минивене. В салоне на каждого по бутылочке воды - пустячок, а приятно. Действительно мини группа, кроме нас было еще два человека. Большое спасибо экскурсоводу Надежде. Интересно рассказала, все показала, объяснила, учла все наши пожелания. Да и просто с ней общаться было приятно.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность организаторам, что не отменили поездку, так как нас было только 2 человека и по сути у нас получилась индивидуальная экскурсия. Наш гид Виктория и водитель Максим на машине бизнес класса сделали нашу поездку по царским местам по истине "царской". Все было так спланировано, что мы за один день посетили 2 царские резиденции и в тоже время у нас даже остались силы вечером самостоятельно посетить музей. Виктория, очень душевный человек, рассказала много интересных вещей, показывала нам локации, где получаются замечательные фотографии. Однозначно рекомендую для тех, кто ценит комфорт и хочет охватить много за короткое время.

Экскурсию проводила гид Марина, которая очень интересно рассказала об истории Гатчины, её владельцах, о помещениях и экспонатах дворца, а также парковой зоне. Рассказ был содержательным и доступным для восприятия. От гида узнали много новых и интересных фактов, по другому посмотрели на некоторых исторических персонажей. Очень довольны сделанным выбором экскурсии.

Индивидуальная экскурсия с Валерией была на высоте. Непринужденная подача информации, интересные факты которых не найдешь в "учебниках". Кроме того гид учитывал наши пожелания (горячий кофе и глинтвейн при прогулке были очень кстати))) Дала рекомендации, где можно вкусно перекусить после экскурсии. Однозначно рекомендую.
P.s. мы коренные жители Санкт-Петербурга, но получили море новой информации и желание изучать наш город дальше...в планах Гатчина.

Шикарно для первого знакомства с Эрмитажем! Билеты куплены, без очереди провели, показали, рассказали про самые яркие места, моменты в истории связанные с тем или иным залом, экспонатом. Пофотографировали, посоветовали какие залы посетить самостоятельно, где поесть, попить. Окружили заботой и неравнодушием. Отогрелись теплом души нашего экскурсовода в холодное Питерское утро). Остались самые теплые воспоминания, много новых знаний и впечатлений!

Экскурсия состоялась 18 июля 2024 года. Экскурсовод Ольга - очень милая и приятная во всех отношениях девушка - не стала нас загружать сухой и скучной информацией. Она последовательно и четко провела нас по маршруту. Мы почувствовали, что Ольга сама очень неравнодушна к этому месту. Она пыталась пробудить такой же интерес и любовь к музею и в наших душах. И ей это удалось! Спасибо. Будем отслеживать дальнейшее развитие музея и ожидать открытие новых отреставрированных помещений.

Мы гуляли в вр с Татьяной по Эрмитажу. Мы были в первый раз, хотя в самом Питере были уже раз 15й))) мы получили огромное удовольствие. Если вы не были в Эрмитаже, смело идите на эту программу, вы посмотрите и самое красивое, и самое ценное в Зимнем дворце, посмотрите другие здания и остановитесь у самых важных экспонатов. Представление точно получите! Но имейте в виду, что это не 2,5 часа, как написано в предложении. Мы гуляли все 3 часа!!! И это было восхитительно! Татьяна внимательная, на все вопросы мы получили ответы, она показала нам такое, на что мы точно сами никогда не обратили бы внимания! Восторг!

Принимали турецко-китайскую делегацию. После нескольких дней в Москве, организовался СПБ на пятницу 23.06. И утром в пятницу 23.06 "вдруг" гости понимают, что у них есть окошко 24.06 в которое было бы неплохо "покататься на кораблике по городу". При том, что 24.06.23 - АЛЫЕ ПАРУСА - вся страна в Питере. Я не видел глаз и выражения лиц уважаемой Валерии, когда в 10 утра я позвонил и сообщил о желании покататься. Выражения были весьма корректные, однако тон не обнадеживал. НО, в 12.00 мы уже договорились - коллеги нашли судно, организовали англоговорящего гида и это было здорово! Забрали китайцев из гостиницы (исключили возможность их потерять, тем более, что они уже посмотрели новости про Ростов-на -Дону) довезли, погрузили, проэкскурсировали, пофотографировали и вернули в точку с ворохом положительных эмоций! Ещё и погоду организовали ;-)

10 июня 2023 посетили Эрмитаж. Описывать красоты и кричать о восторге , кажется, бесполезно - ведь это испытывает каждый посетитель, никто не останется безразличным. Чувство гордости , патриотизма, величия захлестывает тебя...., глядя на это чудо света. Но, друзья, не прошло бы все гладко , если б не наш гид Елизавета!
Мы заранее забронировали данную экскурсию. Наш координанор Валерия ("В Питере - Тур") сразу же откликнулась, уточнила пожелания . Мы пояснили, что с нами будет ребенок, а поверьте с ребенком ехать на экскурсию - это , как нам казалось, будет АД. Но наши опасения были напрасны. По согласованию мы встретились с нашим гидом Елизаветой. Ни минуты простоя: познакомились, посмеялись и без очереди зашли в Эрмитаж! Рассказ Елизаветы был полон таких мелочей и подробностей, что округлялись глаза... Ничего подобного мы ни читали и ни знали. Она не только описывала , то что мы видим, но также ссылалась на фото (100 -летней давности) в ее планшете, чтобы мы еще глубже ощутили интерес к истории и экспонатам - ведь все познается в сравнении. Наш ребенок (8 лет) слушал, задавал вопросы и Елизавета в шуточной форме на них отвечала. И в толпах туристов мы боялись потерять нашего рассказчика - чтобы не пропустить ни слова. Гид нас везде ждала, давала время рассмотреть, посмотреть, присесть... Наша экскурсия с двух часов перетекла в почти четыре, потому что никто не хотел отпускать Елизавету. Она умеет заинтересовать и погрузить вас в мир Эрмитажа. ДЕВОЧКИ , ЕЛИЗАВЕТА И ВАЛЕРИЯ, ВЫ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЫ. СПАСИБО ВАМ!!!

We were very privileged to have enjoyed a fantastic 3-Day private tour in Saint Petersburg. Our amazing tour was even more exciting, interesting and smashing with Valeria, our tour guide who gave the most of her herself and with her extremely historic background and her fluency in the English language, made us love this beautiful city and enjoy every second of it. This was not a simple tour for me and my wife, it was a deep dive into Russian rich history and civilization. Valeria planned a dreamy daily agenda starting from a city tour to churches and cathedrals, palaces, museums, statues and many more attractions. We've been in a lot of countries taking tours but this one in St. Petersburg really stood out by far. We took a private 2 day tour of St Petersburg oct 2019 and was top notch! ALL DONE ON LINE, BEFORE OUR CRUISE STARTED. Prompt and efficient. All information and documents arrived via e mail. Zara was our guide. University education degree in Russian history !! Very knowledgeable, fluent in English. Cheerful. I am a railway train buff and wanted to ride the St Petersburg's Metro. She made it happen even though it was not on the itinerary. Alexander was our driver. Extremely professional and courteous safe driver. We felt very safe all the time with him around. Valeria [owner] has a fleet of low mileage Mercedes mini vans, which are very clean and have complimentary bottled water for guests. Anyone who visits St Petersburg should ONLY use this company and ask for ZARA as the guide and ALEXANDER as the driver.

What an amazing city. We did the two day tour which took in most of the fantastic tourist sites of St Petersburg. However this wouldn’t have been complete without our guide Valeria from this tour company. Her knowledge and passion of the city and Russia was amazing. We had communicated via email and everything worked perfectly that was organised by the tour company which also included the visa. This would have undoubtedly had been one of most memorable holiday events. We had looked at what was on offer with the cruise line however the numbers in each tour and costs put us off. Would totally recommend this tour company without hesitation. A big Thank You.

Мы с семьей заказывали двухдневную программу от В Питере - тур! Могу сказать, что все прошло отлично. Мы посетили все заявленные в программе музеи, в очередях не стояли, что приятно порадовало, потому что погода была не очень хорошей.

Я преподаю иностранцам русский язык, и мне нужно было провести для студентов экскурсию в Петропавловской крепости. Ребята из разных стран, русским владеют, но не на высоком уровне. При этом они хотели не только познакомиться с одной из важнейших достопримечательностей Питера, но и попрактиковать свой русский.

Были первый раз с 3 детьми в Питере 1 неделю в июне 2022. Валерия предложила отличную индивидуальную программу: поездили по Дворцам, заглянули в Исакий и Эрмитаж, прокатились на кораблике. В очереди нигде за билетами не стояли, трансфер забирал утром из отеля (микроавтобус, водители душевные, им отдельный привет!). Валерия рассказала нам много лайф-хаков, когда куда лучше сходить, где покушать. Детям больше всего запомнился туннель с эхом в Гатчине. Спасибо Валерии и её команде за то, что все наши хлопоты куда и как пойти взяла на себя, а нам осталось только получать удовольствие от Питера. Отдельная благодарность, что при возможности можно было внести изменения в программу (где-то побыть подольше, вернуться на метеоре, а не на автобусе, куда-то завернуть за сувенирами), никто не подгонял, путешествовали в своем темпе.

Наша семья провела прекрасное,познавательное и увлекательное утро в Петропаловской крепости, буквально у истоков основания города на Неве. Без суеты, спешки в нужном нам темпе.

Каждый шаг по крепости сопровождался интересным историческим фактом. Валерия с легкостью отвечала на вопросы детей иногда совершенно нелепые. Ох уж эта детская непосредственность).
Посетили Петропавловский собор, Великокняжескую усыпальницу и тюрьму бастиона, успели на полуденный выстрел пушки.
Мне было безумно интересно, дети тоже слушали и не ныли, это уже показатель погруженности.
Посещая следующие достопремичательности самостоятельно, вспоминали нашу первую экскурсию, подмечали моменты, о которых нам рассказали в крепости, было что обсудить.

В «Питере тур» заказывали индивидуальный тур по Санкт-Петербургу. В компании 2-х замечательных гидов Елизаветы и Валерии провели 6 дней, с 15.07.22 по 20.07.22. Организованно всё было идеально, всё вовремя, чётко, машина в отличном состоянии. Посетили большое количество музеев с экскурсиями. Везде проходили быстро, без очередей и ожиданий. Наши дополнительные «хотелки» оперативно отрабатывались. Гиды внимательные и грамотные. И мы и дети (8-ми лет) остались очень довольны!

Были на экскурсиях в Петропавловской крепости и в городе Пушкин в Екатерининском дворце , Янтарной Комнате и парках ! От всей души хочу поблагодарить нашего гида по Санкт- Петербургу , Елизавету. Поездка была нами спланирована специально для того, чтобы познакомить нашу дочь Машу ( 9 лет) с историей России. Valeria was a pleasure to work with online as I planned our two-day custom tour. She provided us with two slightly different itinerary options. And when I considered eliminating visiting the Peterhof fountains and gardens, she suggested that we should not miss going there. Of course, she was correct.

Our tour guide Daria was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When I found the Hermitage crowds to be overwhelming, Daria suggested we relax at a nearby restaurant until our next planned activity, which was a canal boat tour. That was a perfect suggestion. From the very first contact via email with St Petersburg guided tours we knew we were in good hands. We hand picked our tour and our every request was met by Valeria putting together our tour just as we had asked,including a ride on the metro taking in some magnificent stations.
Olga, our guide & Dmitry, our driver/guide, were informative, relaxed, so knowledgeable and passionate about their city and heritage. During the initial car tour we were filled with the wonder of their city, the architecture, the history, the beauty of this awesome city. None of our questions were taken lightly, they answered us with passion and detail.
The stunning night time cruise was truly breathtaking- we would recommend a night cruise over the day cruise but try to find a cruiser with tourist information over the speakers- the musician we had on our boat was lovely but we could not really hear Olga talking over the music and we were there primarily to find out about the city!
The following day Olga made 'Catherine' come to life at her palace and we loved how she described the magnificence of the Peterhof ground & the history of the fountains. The stunning views over the Baltic were an added bonus.
Dmitry was always one step ahead of us - the car was there as soon as we had visited all our destinations to whisk us off to the next one. We did not queue anywhere- Olga confidently striding into each destination with an air of calm authority!
We cannot express enough how incredible our experience was of St Petersburg and without the input from Olga and Dmitry we would have come away with just the sites as a reminder rather than full of wonder and knowledge.

It was easy to book with this company. Not only did they make our day time itinerary happen, they also found us tickets for a ballet in the evening that we were there. The seats were perfect and for much less money than i was able to find on my own.

Now to our guide- Zara!!! She was amazing. She was informative, vibrant, smart and personable. She had the day completely planned out and knew how to move through the crowds. She knew the insides of these places and how to find the best pictures, get to the most popular areas and do it with ease. She had information about everything!!! She really made our trip to Russia one to remember. We packed in both the days and the first day we decided to have her take us to find lunch. It was not a tourist filled place, but a place the locals go. She helped us order and did not disappoint.

Day 1, my son was sick. She took us to a pharmacy and got him all set up with medicine- he was better the next day. I am sure it was due to the magic of Zara.

Do yourself a favor and see if you can book with her being your guide. Michael, our driver was another part of this team. He always seemed to be right where we needed him at exactly the right time. He waited for us outside the theater at the night ballet. Really a great team!!!!

"St. Petersburg Guided Tours" provide fantastic customer service with a 5 STAR guide & driver. All questions, prior to trip were answered right away by Valeria via email. We wanted a 2 day customized PRIVATE TOUR for 4 people, including seeing the Grand Choral Synagogue. Valeria was so accommodating in providing exactly what we requested PLUS a fantastic guide, DARIA & great driver, Andrew. These 2 are the best team. We never had to wait in a line, ever! We saw other tour guided waiting in long lines with their tour groups. Daria, was like royalty and got us in right away. In additon, she stayed with us the whole time and explained everything thoroughly, and never appeared disinterested. Andrew always had his Merecedes Van waiting for us when we finished a site. In addition, St. Petersburg Guided Tours provided us the Best Price and I researched multiple Tour Companies. 3 other tour companies did not provide the customer service, price or tour itinerary we wanted. Our first day in St. Petersburg was a 12 hour day, since we wanted to see many sites and do a canal ride. We got to see all sites on list. Did not go to tourist traps that other tour compaines go to. We wanted a quick lunch: Daria did this. Before returning to cruise ship, Andrew stopped at a hotel so our friend could use the WC. So accommodating! Day 2: tour 9:00 am-4:45 pm to be back on the ship by 5:30 pm. We saw everything on wish list with perfect representatives!! Daria, Andrew and Valeria, you were wonderful!

Valeria communicated very well and organised our visas. We had a nice Mercedes van pick us up at the port, Alexander our driver was very good. Our Guide Zara was amazing. Her knowledge was incredible and she got us in an out of everywhere efficiently including front of line where possible. I would strongly recommend you ask for Zara when booking as we really enjoyed her knowledge and company.

We had such a great time - we would love to do it all again.
We requested for a two day custom tour . Valeria arranged advance skip the q tickets and also the visas. We also left the ship at a leisurely 8.30 whereas the coach tours left at 6.45 am!
on the first day we met Valeria at the port and then we toured st petersburg by private van and visited the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Cathedral of the saviour of the spilled blood, an exquisite gift shop, had lunch in a traditional pie shop and then went to a Matryoshka workshop to learn to paint our own Russian dolls and then on to the hermitage museum for a grande finale to the day.
Day 2 we travelled on the metro and saw the opulence of the stations then went on to the Catherine Palace as we especially wanted to see the amber room. After lunching locally we went to see the fountain gardens at Peterhof.
Throughout our tours Valeria amazed us with the history of St Petersburg and the sites we visited - she was extremely knowledgeable and told us many anecdotes and witty stories which brought the history of the sites to life. We really felt immersed in St Petersburg and its history and enjoyed every moment
The tour was excellent value (especially compared to the ship tours ) and was perfect for our family.

Our family of 5 (3 tennage boys) did a two day tour and it was amazing. Setting up the tour was very easy, we customized the places we wanted to see and the duration of each visit in advance. The van was very comfortable, the driver was excellent and was able to find close parking everywhere we went. The tour guides were some of the best we have ever had. Very knowledgeable about no only the sites, but also about Russian culture. This was by far are favorite stop on the Baltic Cruise. In comparing notes with other cruise passengers, our tour was simply better than most. We avoided the lines, had VIP access to places and got to see the things we wanted. Thank you for the great experience.

I visited Saint Petersburg with my three grown-up children. Valeria arranged for us to be met at the airport. She personally guided us for three days and we had an absolutely brilliant illuminating time seeing all the splendid opulent sites of St Petersburg and the surrounding palaces. Our taxi was exceptional, a lovely man with a happy face who was always there to “scoop” is up and take us on to the next venue.
Valeria’s knowledge of the history and the treasures of St Petersburg was without fault and her English was fluent.
Valeria also booked us restaurants and the ballet – we were lucky enough to get excellent seats, thanks to Valeria.

Everything that did for 1 day is perfect; Valeria really gave me good information about the city, what to see, what to do and how to make it possible. Our guide Sofia and the driver were both very helpful and flexible since we have & passenger in wheelchair; Evrything we need they have it, They picked us up at Cruisport on time, with cold water ready and when it rains they gave raincoat which i find very attentive for the needs of their client; Sofia as guide is excellent (information wise and timetable) Hermitage museum is full with tourists but she manage to arrange our group to be intact and no fuzz at all; i will really use this company next time that we visit St. Petersburg and for sure recommend it to friends who will visit the place;

We had a private tour of three days organised by St Petersburg Guided Tours. Valerie was v helpful in assisting us to create the itinerary that we wanted. Zara, the guide, is very knowledgeable about art, Russian history, and the country. She has a lovely personality, and great sense of fun. She took great care of us during the tour. She gave us good recommendations for where to eat in the evenings, how to get around and what to see in our time after the tour. Pavel is an excellent and safe driver.

The advantage of the private tour was that we were able to see all of the main sites in three days. It was tailored to our interests and we learned so much about St Petersburg and Russia. It was at our pace, and had flexibility each day, to spend more or less time at various places. We are keen walkers and Zara happily tramped miles thru various parks and along avenues.

We visited as part of a Princess Cruises Baltic Cruise. After reading rave reviews of ToursinStPetersburg.com, I contacted them by email and was pleased with the response and suggested 2 day tours. During several discussions, Valeria offered a tour that covered the sights we were interested in, as well as some that she thought were important. There were 6 retirees in our party. We were met at the port by Nadia, who was an excellent tour guide with a delightful personality. She had been an exchange student in the US so was especially good with our American English. The van driver, Michael, was superb, managing to park immediately near the sights, and to get pick-up locations so our walking was minimal. We visited the Church of the Spilled Blood, St.. Isaacs, the Faberge Museum and the Hermitage on day 1, then drove to the Catherine Palace and Peterhof Garden with a brief shopping stop on day 2. Nadia suggested lunches in lovely local restaurants which offered great food and atmosphere. We felt secure the entire time of our visit. Valeria, the company owner, made a point of meeting us in person to thank us for the reservation. The prices for our private, customized tour was just over half the cost of the ship's offerings. I heartily recommend St. Petersburg Guided Tours.

We were picked up on time by Olga our guide for Peterhof Palace on day 1 and a city tour on day 2, the car was excellent and both trips went smoothly. Olga is a font of knowledge which she imparted in perfect English making it both interesting and fun, we were shown a grotto in Peterhof which was a special additional extra to the tour and was truly magnificent.
Day 3 saw Valeria, an owner of the St. Petersburg Guided tours, take us to Catherine Palace where once again we were amazed by both the buildings and the stories behind them.
I would thoroughly recommend you use their services, reasonably priced for what we received and with delightful guides.

Family of 4, and are so pleased we booked with Valeria. Customised tours over 2 full days with flexibility to add in some extras. Picked up in a 7 seater van with driver and Valeria as the guide. We went straight into the tour driving around St Petersburgh, followed by the full tour of all the places on our itinerary. Winter Palace was great with Valeria taking us to the parts we were interested in, you can spend days in the Hermitage so I suggest you let her know what you are interested in. We loved the Romanov history and Valeria made the 2 days focus on the Tsars and Royal history including the Yusopov palace where Rasputin was killed. We visited Peter & Paul Fortress, Church Spilled blood and the Tsars village with the amazing St Catherine Palace which was WoW. (Note if you do not book with a tour guide you wait wait till midday to get in and them may still have to queue for 4 hours and that's out of season.
Wherever we went, whatever we saw Valeria's passion and knowledge was very apparent, in fact astonishing to be frank.
If you want to do a lot in a few days, save up your money and book with Valeria, its well worth the money.

Can't imagine any tour could be better. We were able to see and do so much without feeling rushed. Valeria was fantastic, and having a private car and driver drop us off and pick us up at every stop was a huge plus. We arrived by cruise ship (Viking) and compare to the large group tours organized by the cruise line, we were able to see twice as much for the same or even less cost.

Our tour was managed by Valeria who I think owns the company. We had a three day tour but for a little extra Dimitri, our driver, also picked us up and dropped us back at the airport at the beginning and end of our tour. Valeria was terrific: very knowledgeable and pleasant. The itinerary was suggested by her and it really made the city accessible. Highly recommended!

What a remarkable tour with such a beautiful. Intelligent guide Olga. Taken and shown over two days all the remarkable sights of this magnificent city. Olga took her time and we had two unforgetable days exploring. The highlight was a stop off unscheduled of the memorial to The Seige of Leningrad. It brought years to my eyes. What courage citizens. If you want to see St Petersburg from a cruise ship and have only 2 days then the people to contact are St, Petersburg Guided Tours. We had 2 days full of information, we saw all the sites and travelled on the Metro (London tube needs to learn). From our first contact via email with Valeria who put our tour together, who arranged our 2 day visas, to meeting Nadia our guide and our driver Dmitri everything went like clockwork. Nadia was a mine of information especially in the Hermitage Museum. The price we paid was far less than the same type of tour organised by the ship and we had the benefit of one to one, not mixed in a group trying to hear the guide. At all sites that admission charges were required Nadia went of to get the tickets and then said follow me and walked us to the front of the queue, we never had to wait. We had lunch breaks both days , we had said we only required a snack and they took us to small fast food cafes which was ideal (we paid for both their meals). Would we go to St.Petersburg again, definitely, and we would certainly use St.Petersburg Guided Tours, Excellent.

We took a two-day tour with St. Petersburg Guided Tours. They procured our group visa, met us at the cruise ship and took us to all of the major attractions in St. Petersburg. We avoided all of the lines at the Hermitage, the two palaces, and the major churches. Some of the lines were two-three hours in length so it was a real benefit to be with a small group. The guide, Nadia, was extremely knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and tailored our tour to our group’s (5 of us) needs. Our driver, Michael, was terrific and always found parking close to the attractions. I highly recommend this organization.

We booked our family tour in advance and the team were very helpful in answering any questions we had about St Petersburg, our visas and were very accommodating to adjust the itinerary for additional and extra things we wanted to do/see. Daina our guide was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue when we had trouble at the border crossing from our cruise

She was really wonderful and gave us a lot of interesting information about St.Petersburg, she also walked and took the tour at our pace as we had some elderly family members that were a bit slower. We went to many different palaces in our two day tour and enjoyed all of them. She took us to nice local restaurants for lunch and dinner exposing us to Russi culture! All in all we enjoyed our tour very much and I would highly recommend them!

Our two day tour of St Petersburg was an experience beyond our expectations. We visited all of the most noteworthy places of interest in the city and Peterhof. Our guide Lola and driver Kamil were most friendly and always punctual. Lola's knowledge of local history and her clarity in explaining things were very much appreciated. Because we didn't have to stand in line with other tour groups, there was no wasting time and we were able to fit so much into our day. Our car was modern and comfortable and our driver was fantastic...he'd drop us at the door and the 3 of us would scoot in to where we wanted to go...tickets already purchased to present....and after he'd be waiting out front ready to go again!. Valeria took us to her favourite lunch spot..to eat divine fresh bakery items and great coffee. She was so easy to chat to about everyday life in St Petersburg it was a real treat. She asked if we wanted to stop for any souvenir shopping which I did, and we went to a little shop tucked away with the most fabulous selection of Russian dolls and handpainted Christmas decorations along with lots of other interesting souvenirs (very reasonably priced). With limited time in St Petersburg this was the absolute best way to get around and see everything you want to see at your pace (we packed heaps in) and no frustrations that can be encountered even with small tour groups. Valeria was fun and energetic, highly organised and with her excellent English, just a jewel of a tour guide. My husband and I had a fantastic 3 day tour with St Petersburg Tours. Valeria arranged the Car and Dimitri to drive us, Nadia was our guide for the first 2 days and Maria took over for our 3rd day. We managed to fit in everything we requested, subway ride, Palaces, Churches, local eating spots and an amazing ballet. Daria was our tour guide and was very energetic, full of knowledge and passionate about every place we went, she wanted to transmit every single detail of all the historical places we visited. We did the Hermitage, Faberge Museum, St Issac Cathedral, Catherine Palace, cathedral of the savior on spilled blood, a river cruise and the Peterhof gardens and fountains were we were treated to a VIP view of the grottos. We had the opportunity to meet Valeria for a personal tour of the Yusupov Palace. I have to say that we never waited on any line to enter any of this places and our driver was always waiting for us at anytime we came out of this places, his car was new and very clean. I visited Russia with a negative, if as it turned out, a somewhat uninformed view of Russia and as a result a low expectation of our Baltic cruise stop in St Petersburg; well, what a surprise that turned out to be, absolutely stunning!
We booked through St Petersburg Guided Tours and was lucky enough to have Valerie (Valaria) organize, reorganize and then lead our small group of 4. She has patience, perfect English, a genius for context and for painting the picture that gives such colour and realism to the visual experience.
St Petersburg is a seriously great experience. I’ve drawn the deep breath at the Pyramids and the Sphinx, the Terracotta Warriors, Angkor Wat and the Forbidden City etc. I can assure you St Petersburg resides in the top three. The Hermitage, Peterhof Fountain Park and Grottos and the Yusupov Palace plus much more just dashed my preconceptions.
Our 2 day private tour for 4 with Valarie turned out to be a steep discount to even the elite class of 16 from the ship.

We booked our personalised tour online with Valeria - a very easy process - rather than using the cruise operator tours. Our visas were included. What we got exceeded our expectations - the itinerary was arranged to suit our requirements a car with a driver, a very knowledgeable tour guide who spoke excellent English accompanied us through all the venues we had chosen providing a wonderful and detailed commentary on all we saw. We were made to feel that nothing was to much trouble and have no hesitation in recommending them. They will enhance your trip to the beautiful city of St Petersburg.

They seemed to offer what we wanted. We were first time visitors to St Petersburg and we wanted both flexibility and advice on what to see and in what order.
Our first contact was answered by Valeria. It was obvious that she spoke English very well. All my questions were answered. The price was not cheap but it was reasonable. We didn’t realise all the value included until later.
Our cruise line and our travel agent stressed that we could have a big problem arriving without a visa to do an independent tour. They said you must book the ships tour or you could miss seeing St Petersburg and have to stay on the ship. (completely false)
Valeria assured us that she would arrange a short visit visa under the St Petersburg visa-free arrangements for cruise ship passengers that require us to be with the guide at all times. We sent her our passport information and she arranged everything. We had the email with the tour tickets before we left home.
Valeria did not ask us to pay when we booked. Not even a deposit.
When arrived in St Petersburg, we had no trouble at Passport Control using just our passports & the tour tickets. Our guide was waiting for us and our tour began.
The order that we visited places was arranged to suit both the weather and the number of tourists at that time and not once in two days did we have to wait in the very long queues for visit the Hermitage, Peterhof, Katherines Palace, the Cathedral on the Spilt Blood or anywhere else. She had pre-arranged priority access and we walked past a lot of very long queues. When you have a short time, this is very important.
Our guides’ knowledge was excellent. More detail than we could absorb in two days but an absolutely wonderful experience.
The vehicle that picked the four of us up at the port was a luxurious 8 seater van. Very comfortable and our driver was good. We never had to worry about our bags or our jackets. He stayed with the car at all times.
We were dropped off very close to all points of interest and when we had finished our guided tour, there was our car back waiting for us very near the exit.
Some of the attractions have very specific booked appointment entrance times but our guide managed all of this for us so we arrived at just the right time.
Our guide was very ethical, easy to deal with, very polite and friendly. She made our visit to St Petersburg a complete success. I am very happy that we did not take the very expensive ships excursion and that we chose St. Petersburg Guided Tours

We had two wonderful days in St. Petersburg. This was our first time for my wife and I to book a private tour and couldn't have been more pleased. We really enjoyed having Nadia as our guide. She met us after coming off the ship as directed. She did a great job and took care of us very well. She was extremely knowledgeable, more than willing to answer our questions and just pleasant to be with. With the sites being so crowded at times it was nice to get what seemed like special VIP service in getting in and around the crowds. We also liked our driver Sergey and though he said he didn't speak English much he surprised us with what he did speak and understand. We would highly recommend St. Petersburg Guided Tours.

We were searching for an alternative to the higher-priced bus tours available from our cruise line, and wow, did we ever pick a winner with St. Petersburg Guided Tours. We were a group of 4 people, and were accommodated brilliantly with a completely private tour - it was just our group and Oleg our guide, and Yuri our driver. While Oleg provided very interesting background, Yuri very adeptly negotiated the traffic and got us everywhere safely and easily. St. Petersburg Guided Tours made all of our arrangements in advance including Visas and tour/attraction tickets, so we never waited in line to see anything on our itinerary, and had no issues with not being able to speak Russian. In fact, all of our advance communications with Valeria were excellent, very professional, and complete. Oleg adjusted our itinerary to make the most of our time, so we never felt rushed. We were a party of 4 (one being totally wheelchair bound) on a cruise. No tours available off the boat to suit disabilities so I contacted this company and arranged the trip prior to our visit. Valeria my contact was brilliant and it allowed us to plan the trip to our requirements. On the day our guide and driver met us as arranged with a Mercedes vehicle with tail lift. Since St.Petersburg is visited by over 7 million tourists (of which 3.5 m foreigners, most of which package tours) picking the right tour guide can be tricky. I was lucky to find Valeria of St.Petersburg Guided Tours (not to be confounded with similarly named Tour-in-StPetersburg). I booked a 3-day private tour and everything went smoothly and as promised. The communications by by email and also by WhatsApp during my visit was rapid and efficient. I wanted to see Moscow after my 3 days in St.P. and she advised how to get there best (by Sapsan high speed train) and booked tickets and seats for me since international reservation on Russian Rail did not work. Also, Valeria showed flexibility according to the weather and knew how to skip long queues of mass tourism.

We were on a cruise and booked St Petersburg Guided Tours on our own. We were last minute but they were able to accommodate all our wishes. We customized our own two 1/2 day tours. We had allotted 5 hours each day. They sent us an itinerary that meet our every need. All done through email. They emailed us each a tour pass to get through customs and met us right when we cleared. Paid with a credit card and off we went. It was a 1/3 the cost of the ships tour. It was just our family of four on the tour. We had our own guide and driver in a new Mercedes Tour Van . We were dropped off and picked up at every entrance. They handled all the tickets and we went right to the front of the lines. Some museums even had separate entrances for the tour guide. Very knowledgeable guide and would highly recommend. They kept everything to schedule and even did some extra local knowledge things. We saw the ships tour that had one guide and thirty people. They all had headphones on to hear the guide. I was so grateful that we booked on our own. We were traveling with our two teenage girls and they loved the tours. You can't go wrong with St Petersburg guided tours. I booked because of these reviews so I thought I should leave one myself.

I went on several different tours with this company whilst I was studying Russian in Saint Petersburg over the summer. With a group of students from the language school I was studying at I visited such amazing sights as Tsarskoye Selo, the Hermitage and Pavlovsk. I was fortunate enough to have the same guide for each of the tours I went on. Took this tour while on a two-day cruise ship stop in st petersburg. first the tour offered a combination of stops/experiences that the cruise-based trips just did not include. further, the tour company took care of all the international visitor paperwork to allow us to enter russia without a traditional visa. their staff was waiting for us each morning outside the terminal and since a personal tour we were able to drive places and closer to places that the large buses could not go. Also, at some locations we were able to use "small group" entrances and side doors to skip the general admission and bus tour entrances. Tour guide and driver were both friendly, personable, knowledgeable about the destination and even further customized our tour based on our interests. They also picked our lunch places which were also a treat and let us taste all kinds of local and ethnic foods. We suggest them to all!

Not sure what to expect, but we were very excited to head to Russia, and explore St Petersburg. Looking back, there is no way we would have been able to experience so much (and so much of the good stuff) without our talented, fearless and passionate guide - Valeria.

My visit to St. Petersburg was for history, museums and general tourism.Valeria my guide from St. Petersburg Guided Tours asked, first what do I want to see. I stated the two world war museums, The Romanovs and the rest what you think I should see. Therefore did the most favourable sights and was impressed by her knowledge. If you are interested in a subject, before arriving have a look on line to gain some knowledge. Then write basic details as you go. Makes things clearer but you cannot help but be impressed by the city.

We exchanged emails over a week or so and Valeria designed a 2 day itinerary that met our requirements. We're not very early risers so wanted the day to start around 9am which she was happy to accommodate. During our 2 day tour, we were shown many beautiful palaces and gardens including Peterhoff with its beautiful fountains and gardens, St Peter and Paul Fortress, The Church of the Saviour of Spilled Blood with its amazing mosaics and St Catherine's Palace with Amber Room. We were in St. Petersburg for two days last June. We had limited time because we were on a cruise, and also a limited budget. We did the 2 day tour arranged by Valeria who was extremely helpful, arranged for the tour visas and even supplied us with lunch, water and sodas. There were 6 of us and we had a tour van just for us which was just perfect. Our tour guide Elisaveta was very knowledgeable, went beyond her duties to accommodate us. She knew where to go to show us the most important sites. Thank you for an amazing trip.

We came to St.Petersburg for a weekend to selebrate our anniversary. I have been to St.Petersburg earlier and wanted to show the city to my husband. We booked a 3 day guided tour with Valeria. We highly recommend any tourist to do the same . We saw everything we wanted to see and Valeria made it all so easy and interesting. We didn't have to queue to get into all the main attractions because Valeria had organised tickets in advance which meant we had so much more time to explore all the wonderful art galleries and palaces. Her knowledge of St Petersburg was outstanding. She also recommended excellent restaurants at night and was full of advice concerning other attractions such as underground stations and unusual cafes we could have missed without her. As a language school we've been working with Valeria for 5 years. She is one of the most experienced and professional tourist guides I've ever met. We arrived to St.Petersburg for 2 days while cruising around the Baltics. We travelled with my family, 6 people together with kids. We decided to have a private tour to feel comfortable, to keep our pace. We had a wonderful 2 day tour with Valeria and her company, which was recommended by our friends. My parents dreamed to visit the Hermitage and children loved Peterhof gardens and its tricky fountains. We skipped all lines and had a wonderful traditional Russian lunch. We enjoyed visa-free option to visit St.Petersburg - Valeria took care of all the formalities - as I think we wouldn't manage to arrange it by ourselves. Thanks again for a wonderful tour. We definitely recommend it!

I've been in this amazing city several times, either for business or to meet friends, but one day I've decided to take advantage of a guided tour of the city and its surroundings and picked up a tour with Valerija: she brought me around the amazing monuments of the city, adding interesting stories and informatiin about the buildings, showed hidden corners and tasty places to have a relaxing coffee break. Valerija is very professional but at the same time very friendly and communicative. And she speaks perfect English and Italian (and probably not only). I definitely recommend a tour with her.

Unfortunately we have extremely limited time in St Petersburg, but Valeria collected us from the station and dropped us off to the airport having a ranged to maximise 100% fully our very limited time in St Petersburg.

I had been desperate to visit the Hermitage Museum since I was very young and therefore this was the highlight of the trip. Valeria had organised a route through the museum that we saw everything without wasting a minute.

I cannot more highly recommend the service that we provided an extremely pleasant way in which you assisted us with everything.

Siamo stati a San Pietroburgo per dieci giorni quest'anno in maggio. Non conoscendo la città abbiamo deciso di rivolgerci ad una guida.E abbiamo trovato Valeria,una persona semplicemente squisita!!! Valeria ha organizzato per noi delle escursioni nella città, come ad esempio alla Fortezza di Pietro e Paolo, al Museo Russo e all'Ermitage. Non essendo dei veri e propri amanti dell'arte non volevamo "perderci" nell'Ermitage e Valeria è riuscita in sole quattro ore ad organizzarci un tour completo e molto interessante.oltre a questo siamo andati anche nella città di Pushkin per vedere la camera d'ambra, il palazzo e i giardini.eravamo in sette e avevamo con noi un bambino di due anni.Valeria ha organizzato per noi tutto il viaggio, accompagnandoci e facendoci anche qui da guida.le uniche cose che posso dire sono: non perdetevi un'escursione o una passeggiata per la citta' con Valeria, lei riuscirà a farvi sentire,anche se per poco tempo,dei veri pietroburghesi! Scrivo questa recensione proprio da San Pietroburgo, ci siamo tornati a distanza di pochi mesi per rivederla in inverno.

We had an excellent 2 day tour of St. Petersburg. Valeria and her team are the best, and it was very easy to book this tour and complete the necessary transactions. We were very impressed with Nadia, our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about SP's history, and such enthusiasm. You can tell right away she really loves her job. The restaurants Nadia chose for lunch were also very good. A shout out to our driver, unfortunately I don't remember his name did an excellent job of navigating us through the city. I would recommend Valeria and her team to anyone looking for a quality tour of SP.

We worked with Valarie and planned out exactly what we wanted to see in St. Petersburg over the 2 days our ship was docked there. . Our guide had studied with the Hermitage for a month as part of her training. She was a wealth of information to get the most we could out of our 3 hours there. Unbelievable!!! She made sure we got to see everything she could squeeze into those 2 days. What a beautiful city!

We took two day tours with Valeria, one to Peterhof and one to Catherine Palace and Pavlovsk. Valeria, our contact and guide, is extremely knowledgeable about the history, architecture and art work of the sites. Not only were the tours efficiently arranged and excellently conducted, Valeria was happy to provide additional information, such as recommending restaurants and a tour of the best subway stations. She responded immediately to my first email of inquiry and followed through on every question. She clearly loves her city and is enthusiastic about sharing it.
